We’d rather you know exactly what you’re getting before you sign up than find out after. Here’s the fine print, spelled out.
Site Starter: 5–7 business days. Site Growth: 10–14 business days. Site + Brand: 3–4 weeks (brand work takes longer to get right). Clock starts once we have your content, images, and logo files in hand — not on the day you sign up. Missing materials is the #1 thing that delays a launch.
Managed hosting on our infrastructure, free SSL certificate, daily automated backups kept for 30 days, malware scanning, and monthly core/plugin updates. If the site ever gets hacked while it’s on our hosting, cleanup is on us at no charge.
Included: text changes, swapping in a photo you provide, updating hours/pricing/staff, adding a testimonial. Not included (billed separately or requires a plan upgrade): new pages beyond your plan limit, custom features or plugins, e-commerce setup, a full design overhaul, or more than one active request in the queue at a time.
Title tags, meta descriptions, image alt text, and sitemap submission via Yoast, plus a one-time keyword mapping session for your core pages. This is on-page setup, not ongoing SEO content — if you want new blog posts and articles written and optimized every month, that’s our separate Content Writing & SEO service.
A refresh of your existing logo, or a new logo with up to 2 initial concepts and 2 rounds of revisions. This does not include a full brand style guide document (fonts, color codes, usage rules) — that’s available as an add-on if you want it.
Requests acknowledged within 1 business day and typically completed within 2 business days. Starter and Growth requests are handled in the order received, typically within 5 business days.
Site Starter is month-to-month, cancel anytime. Site Growth has a 3-month minimum; Site + Brand has a 6-month minimum, since setup work (brand, extra pages) takes real time to pay back. After your minimum term, cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice.
The site and its content are yours. We’ll provide a full export and handoff within 14 days of your final payment. Hosting ends at the close of your final paid period unless you’ve arranged to migrate elsewhere first — we’re happy to help with that move.
Full e-commerce/online stores, custom web applications, third-party integrations beyond your CRM connection, ongoing copywriting or blog content, paid ad management, and rush jobs outside the standard turnaround. Need one of these? Ask — we likely offer it as a separate service or custom quote, we just don’t want to bury it in a flat monthly rate that doesn’t cover it.
